Comtex offers a full range of installation services to our clients by our certified technicians.
INSTALL a new telephone or video surveillance system at your office space. All of our systems have a 1 YEAR GUARANTEE. If you invest in a telephone system, all of your voice mail greetings are recorded by a professional voice at NO CHARGE. Most importantly, a Comtex programmer will custom design your database to maximize the equipment's capabilities according to your specified communication needs.
RELOCATE your existing system to your new location. During a telephone installation, you will have working telephones to enable you to conduct business.
UPGRADE or EXPAND your existing telephone or video surveillance system by adding or moving telephones or cameras.
At no charge, Comtex will survey your site for a new telephone system or review your existing MITEL or SAMSUNG telephone system and offer our telecommunication expertise for your business needs.

VOICE/ DATA CABLING
A high percentage of the problems experienced with voice, data and video transmissions can be traced to connectivity problems. A properly structured cabling design by our well trained technicians will provide performance, reliability, and investment protection for your company.
Our technicians are well trained on the industry structured cabling standard. We utilize Cat 5, Cat 5E, Cat 6, and Ethernet cabling.

REPAIR AND SERVICE
Comtex recognizes the important connection between our client's profit, its customers and its telephone or video surveillance system. By employing factory trained, certified and experienced technicians, we provide our clients with the highest quality of installation and service.
Comtex offers 24 hours, 7 days a week, Emergency service response to our clients. Non emergency service requests are responded to, no later than the next business day, thereby minimizing any service disruption. With our vast inventory warehoused on site at the Comtex Complex, we always have the replacement spare parts available to get your system up and running the same day. In fact, our on site telephone lab always has a working telephone system for each model that is currently in the field.
DISCONTINUED SYSTEMS
As long as a client chooses to retain its system, we guarantee to service it. We have clients with telephone systems that are over 20 years old!
Unlike other dealers, we will always support and service the telephone systems we sell or agree to service, even if the equipment is discontinued or if the manufacturer goes out of business. Comtex will service, support, program and maintain any discontinued system that we sell. At our Comtex complex, we have all the parts and equipment necessary to repair or maintain your system. If you want to expand or upgrade your system, we can provide you with new or refurbished keysets, cards or cabinets. Some discontinued systems that we service: Samsung OfficeServ 100, Samsung OfficeServ 500, Samsung iDCS 16, Samsung DCS Compact, Samsung DCS, Samsung DCS 50si, Samsung Prostar, among others.

REMOTE MAINTENANCE AND TESTING SERVICE (RMATS)
From our East Rutherford, New Jersey facility, via modem, we are able to remotely access your MITEL or SAMSUNG telephone system to diagnose and correct certain system faults and problems as they arise.
Remote access also enables us to perform tests on your equipment or make specific programming changes, such as station changes, toll restrictions, extension rerouting or updating Automatic Route Selection when telephone call rates change. This is a cost savings feature for our clients because Comtex can do the programming at our facility rather than make an on-site visit to the client's office.

EQUIPMENT RENTAL
In certain business plans, it is more cost effective for a business to rent rather than buy equipment outright; temporary facilities, short term projects, or film production locations. To accommodate a client’s short or long terms needs, Comtex will provide rental telephone or CCTV or video surveillance systems or equipment on a monthly or yearly basis.
